• UK Customers: Free return label provided.

• International Customers: Return shipping at customer’s cost (except for faulty items).

• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

• Exchanges available for same-value items; for different value, return for refund and place a new order.

• Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded including return shipping.

• Non-returnable: Worn, used, washed, or tagless items; returns after 30 days; unapproved returns.
